Pratapsinha Patil, PMP®, currently serves as the Deputy Manager of New Product Development at HNI GBSC since December 2019, leading a team of 14 engineers and designers in mechanical design projects for plastic injection molding applications while managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Previous experience includes roles as Technical Lead at PTC, where Agile techniques were utilized for CAD and FEA projects, and as an Associate Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer at Schindler Elevator Corporation, collaborating with global teams on Elevator Control System designs. Starting career as a Design Engineer at Patni Computer Systems, Pratapsinha has developed expertise in CAD software, data management, and mechanical engineering, backed by a Master of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree from Shivaji University.
