Richard Stacey is an experienced commercial systems manager at HMV, specializing in systems management, demand forecasting, and data analysis. Since May 2013, Richard has been responsible for ensuring cost-effective stock position while maximizing sales through the management of buying and replenishment systems. Key achievements include developing a VBA/SQL Excel tool for stock order generation and transitioning users to an upgraded system.
