Sébastien Matton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Industrialization Manager at HMS Networks since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Industrialization team for the Ewon business unit and optimizing processes for industrial router manufacturing. Previously, Sébastien held the position of Hardware R&D Engineer, focusing on high-speed PCB design. As a freelance web developer since 2006, Sébastien has expertise in full-stack development and website management. Additional volunteer experience includes supporting the Brussels-Zénith-Ouest scout units and coordinating events with Les Scouts ASBL. Sébastien also completed an internship as a Development Electronics Engineer at CALEO-CTC, contributing to a prototype quadcopter drone project. Interning at Dimension Data involved staging IT components and analyzing faulty devices. Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from ECAM Brussels Engineering School.
