Alex Krause has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead and Administrator at HMS Networks since December 2022. Prior roles at lululemon from May 2019 to December 2022 included various leadership positions, such as Assistant Manager of Operations and Store Business Lead. Alex also contributed to Cyc Fitness from April 2016 to September 2019, initially as an Instructor, creating tailored indoor cycling workouts, and later as Assistant Studio Manager, overseeing front desk operations and customer interactions. Early career experience includes a role as a Licensed Applicator at Royal Lawns, LLC. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
