Brad Sundvold is currently the Director of Construction at HME Companies, where Brad oversees the construction schedule, finds quality subcontractors, and handles accounting/estimating for affordable apartment projects. Previously, Brad worked as a Project Manager at BlackWing Elite Builders, focusing on ground-up construction of apartments. With experience at Westmar Construction, Brad managed projects by estimating materials and setting up construction timetables. In the past, Brad owned Sunnyside Booking Agency and booked local and regional bands in the Tri-State area. Brad graduated from Roosevelt High School with a degree in General Studies.
