Ricardo Cabrera is an experienced executive in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark Perú since July 2022 and Chief Executive Officer at ERW Property Management Services since January 2015. With a strong background, Ricardo also holds positions as a Director at Bullrock Investment and a member of the investment committee at HMC CAPITAL. Previously, Ricardo was Managing Director at CBRE Perú until December 2021 and led Izzy Salon as Presidente de Directorio from 2009 to 2017. Educational credentials include an IMBA and an MBA from IE Business School, complemented by a Master's in Real Estate from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad de Lima.
