Carol Corcoran has extensive experience in incident management and service delivery, currently serving as the Global Major Incident Management / Service Delivery Manager at H&M Group since November 2015. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Global Incident Manager at H&M (Randstad Technologies) for the brief period of November 2015. Carol’s career in customer relationship management spans over two decades at Merck, where Carol worked from April 1990 to March 2015. Carol Corcoran is an alumnus of Bloomfield College.
