Rahul Kothaneth is an experienced manager and agile transformation leader currently serving as Manager of PMO Delivery Services & Agile Transformation at enGen since February 2017. With a strong track record in managing extensive agile transformations and optimizing healthcare technology, Rahul has effectively coached multiple Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams while successfully overseeing projects amounting to millions of dollars. In addition to current responsibilities, Rahul holds a position as an Advisory Council Member at The George Washington University, contributing to the Customer Experience Certificate Program. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where Rahul implemented significant data migration and mobile application projects. Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut.
