Molly Small is a Senior Software Engineer at enGen, where Molly has been employed since February 2023. Previously, Molly Small served in various roles at HM Health Solutions from June 2018 to February 2023, including Software Engineer, Application Developer, and ELP Associate. Additional experience includes positions as a Swim Coach at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, GIS Intern at the City of Pittsburgh, GIS Intern at NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania, and Intern roles at Tier1, Inc. and SilverCloud Health. Molly Small began their career as an Individual Giving Intern at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and worked as a Teacher's Aide at Carriage House Children's Center. Molly Small earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Information from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a certificate in Latin American Studies from IES Abroad Dublin and Andes and Amazon Field School.
