Don Bigelow has extensive experience in account management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and previously as an Operations Supervisor at Forge since June 2003. Prior to this role, Don worked at FedEx Kinkos Office and Print Services Inc from November 1997 to April 2003 as an Assistant Manager of Technology. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Westminster College (PA), earned between 1985 and 1989, and furthered education at Claremont Graduate University from 1993 to 1996.
