Lauren Baker (Brown) is an experienced professional in benefits and safety management, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at HME since October 2018. In this role, responsibilities include partnering with the Benefits Manager on Open Enrollment initiatives and maintaining OSHA logs. Previously, Lauren held positions as a Benefits and Wellness Coordinator and a Human Resources Assistant at HME, where key tasks involved assisting with benefits administration and maintaining employee records in HRIS. Prior experience also includes an internship at Tamayo Consulting, Inc., focusing on corporate client research and presentation materials, along with a role at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa, which highlighted exceptional customer service skills.
