Bradley Smith currently serves as a Manufacturing Team Lead at HME since January 2023, following a brief tenure as a Service Technician Intern at Creative Electron, Inc. Bradley has extensive experience in the glass installation industry, having worked as a Glazier for Glass Wall Systems from June 2020 to December 2022 and at Encinitas Glass Company in 2022. Previous roles include Chef De Partie at Rancho Valencia and Chef Tournant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, showcasing a strong background in culinary arts acquired at The Culinary Institute of America. Bradley holds an Engineering Certification from MiraCosta College and has focused on technical skills through various manufacturing roles.
