Pat McGee has a rich and extensive work experience in the marketing and packaging industry. They have held various roles throughout their career. Pat began working at Graphic Packaging International in 1997 as a Marketing Manager. In 2000, they joined AGI/Klearfold as a Director of Marketing, where they stayed until 2006. From 2007 to 2009, Pat worked at MeadWestvaco as the Director of Marketing. They then joined HLP Klearfold in 2009 as the VP of Marketing, a position they held until retirement in 2021. HLP Klearfold is a clear packaging specialist and the world's largest producer of plastic folding cartons.

Pat McGee obtained a BA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University in 1977. Afterward, they pursued an MBA in Finance from the same institution and completed their degree in 1985.
