Colby Vagley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career at the Center for Connected Medicine in 2011, where they held various positions including Marketing Associate, Project Coordinator, Manager of Operations, and Events Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to agency work, starting as a Client Support Specialist at Ideahaus® - A Creative Communications Agency, and then joining Agency 1903 as a Brand Consultant. They also worked as an Account Manager at Where Eagles Dare Co. from December 2016 to July 2019. Afterward, they joined Smiths Agency as an Account Director/Senior Account Manager from July 2019 to May 2022. Currently, they are an Account Director at HLK since May 2022. Throughout their career, Colby has demonstrated a strong focus on client management and project coordination, along with a passion for digital marketing and creative communications.

Colby Vagley attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2010, Colby also participated in a language and culture program called CIEE: Seville, further enhancing their understanding and knowledge in this area.
