Zach Rubin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within investment and financial advisory sectors. Currently, Zach serves as the Country Head for the Netherlands at Groupe HLD since September 2022. As the Owner of Serial Investments since January 2011, Zach specializes in financing, M&A, and private equity advisory while also taking on interim CFO positions. Previous roles include CFO at Aedes from January 2017 to March 2022 and Managing Director at Kardan N.V. from August 2005 to November 2010, where the focus was on emerging markets investments. Additionally, Zach co-founded RTG, a startup in accessories distribution, and held positions at Goldman Sachs as an Associate and at BNP Paribas as an Analyst in private equity. Academic credentials include an exchange program in Tax Law at New York University School of Law and an LL.M. equivalent degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam.
