Eric Mak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solutions management, technical consultation, and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Senior Solutions Manager at HKT Enterprise Solutions since July 2022, Eric previously held positions at SoftwareONE Hong Kong Limited and HKT, where solution presentation and partner training were key responsibilities. Eric's expertise encompasses a wide range of products including Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, APC systems, Double-Take disaster recovery solutions, and Symantec security products. Eric's career also includes significant roles in educational IT management, driving projects in networking, security, and virtualization.
