Bin Cao is a highly experienced architect and leader in the field of architecture, currently serving as Partner and Regional Director at HKS, Inc. since August 2018. Prior to this role, Bin held the position of Vice President at RTKL from October 1999 to July 2018 and served as an architect at PBK from July 1995 to October 1999. Bin's career began at HKS, Inc. as a designer from May 1994 to June 1995, and earlier, contributed to the academic environment as faculty in the Department of Architecture at Southeast University from March 1989 to October 1991. Bin holds a Master of Architecture degree from Southeast University (1989) and an M.Arch in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma (1994).
