Dan Feinblum has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as a Partner and Director at HKA since May 2017. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Consultant at Hill International from May 2012 to April 2017 and worked as a Manager at Exponent from September 2005 to May 2012. Dan’s career includes roles as a Senior Analyst at Hill International and a Faculty Research Assistant at the University of Maryland's Maryland Transportation Technology Center. Early in their career, Dan was a Civil Design Engineer at Rummel. Klepper & Kahl. Dan Feinblum holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
