Adam Winegard is a seasoned professional in the construction and risk management industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently a Partner and Oil & Gas Team Lead at HKA since May 2017, Adam focuses on dispute resolution, construction claims, and risk management. Previously, Adam served as Senior Vice President at Hill International, where expertise in construction claims consulting was honed. Prior roles include Vice President at URS Corporation, where support for national business development in claims and risk analysis was provided, and Vice President at PinnacleOne & High-Point Rendel, managing marketing and property loss services during significant disaster responses. Adam holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Regional & Cultural Studies from Dickinson College, complemented by studies at Brown University in Chinese Studies.
