Jeff Carriveau serves as President and Owner of HJ Development, a company focused on the management, development, and ownership of over 2.2 million square feet in the Twin Cities and upper Midwest since January 2004. In addition to this role, Jeff Carriveau has been the Owner of Elite Facility Services - MN since 2015. Prior experience includes working as an Industrial Broker at United Properties from 1996 to 2004. Jeff Carriveau holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from North Hennepin Community College.
