Josien Kox is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing & Office Director at Hizi Hair since December 2022, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies targeting customers, hairstylists, and franchisees through various channels. Previously, Kox held the position of Marketing Director for both Hizi Hair and Kinki Kappers from November 2018 to November 2022, overseeing brand communications and managing a team of four direct reports. Prior to that, Kox had an extensive tenure at L'Oréal from May 2008 to October 2018, advancing through various roles including Head of Brand & Business, Marketing & Medical Manager, and International Marketing Project Manager, with a focus on strategic brand launches and marketing execution. Kox began a career in marketing as an intern at Sara Lee in 2007. Complementing this professional journey, Kox holds a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree from both Maastricht University and IAE FRANCE.
