Ryan Adams currently serves as a Senior Product Researcher II at Hiya Inc. since September 2021, following a progression of roles at Smartsheet from May 2019 to September 2021 as both a UX Researcher II and a UX Researcher, after Smartsheet's acquisition of 10,000ft. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a UX Researcher at 10,000ft from March 2015 to April 2019 and contributed to customer success initiatives. Ryan's career began at Maitre'D by Posera, where various roles included Director of Technical Services and Account Manager, along with responsibilities in project management and support operations. Ryan's experience also includes service as an Information Systems Analyst in the United States Army Reserve from September 2003 to September 2009, complemented by education at the US Army School of Information Technology.
