Kik Blaauw is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as Fondsenwerver Particuliere Donateurs at Hivos since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kik was a Senior Manager, Regional Manager, Vestigingsmanager, Team Manager, and Coordinator at Credo Fundraising BV from November 2016 to September 2021. In addition to these managerial roles, Kik co-founded The Zebra Company, a creative agency known for its personalized approach, and worked as a designer and intern at Mediaxplain and ViaDierenwinkel, respectively. Educationally, Kik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information, and Communication from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2016, along with foundational education at RSG Wiringherlant from 2007 to 2012.
