Pang Luo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pang began their career as a Manager at China Mobile Group Guangdong Company Limited from July 2004 to December 2012. Pang then worked as a Summer Scholar at NICTA from November 2015 to February 2016. Afterwards, they were a Research Assistant at CSIRO's Data61 from February 2016 to June 2017. Pang then transitioned to the role of Proof Engineer at the same company from June 2017 to February 2019. Most recently, they have been working as a Machine Learning Engineer at HIVERY since July 2019.

Pang Luo completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Beihang University from 2000 to 2004. In 2015-2016, Pang Luo attended UNSW, where they studied Information of Technology, Data Science, and Engineering, although no specific degree was mentioned. Additionally, Pang Luo obtained several certifications, including Microservices - Fundamentals, Deep Learning Specialization, Machine Learning Specialization, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
