Pablo Mondal has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Pablo started their career at Onechoice Digital, where they were a partner and played a key role in developing and maintaining internet applications for various clients. Pablo then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Global Product Manager, where they managed a $100 million consumer product line and successfully introduced new products to the market. After that, they served as the Director of Marketing and Merchandising at The Home Depot, where they were responsible for the marketing and merchandising functions of the HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC business.

Pablo then pursued a PhD in Management Strategy at USC Marshall School of Business, where they worked with renowned scholars and contributed advanced statistical analysis to research projects. Following their PhD, they joined Molson Coors Beverage Company as a Category Manager, where they played a crucial role in managing product categories.

In 2020, Pablo Mondal joined Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling as a Data Scientist, where they utilized their analytical skills to derive insights from data. Pablo subsequently became the Director of Analytics at HIVERY, where they currently hold the position and oversees the analytics department.

Pablo Mondal pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from an unknown start year until 2001. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems. After completing their undergraduate studies, Mondal went on to enroll at the University of Arkansas, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration. Pablo attended this program from 2002 to 2003.
