Richmond Arku-Yamoah is currently working as a Web Designer since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Fulfilment Support at Hive starting from May 2022. Richmond also worked as a Pharmacist at Asamankese Government Hospital from September 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Enyiresi Government Hospital from January 2012 to October 2016.

Richmond Arku-Yamoah pursued their education in the field of pharmacy. Richmond began their academic journey in 2007 at Kumasi Technical University, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technology in 2010. Afterwards, they decided to further their studies and enrolled at the National University of Pharmacy in Kharkiv, Ukraine. From 2016 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy at the same university. Additionally, they concurrently pursued a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy from 2017 to 2022 at the National University of Pharmacy in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
