Karolis Žukas has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Junior Front-end Developer at VP sprendimai in 2013. Karolis then worked as a Technician and Artist at Viduramžiai.lt, where they were responsible for pyrotechnics and fire shows, team management, and performing various artistic acts. In 2018, they joined Kids Code Academy as a Mobile App Development teacher, specializing in React Native. Later that year, they started working at Swedbank as a Software Engineer, where they also served as a Software Development Engineer and an Intern. Currently, they are employed at Hive Streaming as a Software Engineer, starting in 2022.

Karolis Žukas has a diverse education history. In 2015, they attended Kauno kolegija and earned a Bachelor's degree in IT with a focus on multimedia technology. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Kauno miškų ir aplinkos inžinerijos kolegija, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in geodetic survey and real estate evaluation. During the same period, they studied geodetic surveys and real estate evaluation at the same institution, although the degree obtained is not specified. Before entering higher education, Karolis attended Kauno taikomosios dailės mokykla from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a professional degree in metal and jewelry arts.

In addition to their formal education, Karolis Žukas has obtained two certifications. In January 2020, they completed the "JavaScript: Patterns" course at LinkedIn. Karolis also obtained a certification in "Software Architecture Foundations" from the same institution in the same month and year.
