Benji Smith serves as the CEO and Owner of Hive Growth Partners since May 2022, where a tailored consulting approach and personalized customer service are emphasized. Previously, Benji held multiple roles, including Business Development Manager at The Prøgram Fitness, enhancing the brand and marketing strategy, and Director of Operations & Client Relations at Matthews Design Group Inc., focusing on well-being and sustainability. As Business Development Manager for Futurpreneur, Benji supported young entrepreneurs in Canada, and at Fresh & Local Market & Kitchens, Benji developed community connections for local food sustainability. Earlier experiences include roles at Synapse Health & Fitness, Hubudub, YWCA Calgary, and the University of Calgary, showcasing a dedication to health, community engagement, and wellness. Benji earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Business Management from the University of Calgary.
