Koen Van De Wiele started their work experience in 2000 as a Lector at Hogeschool Gent. Koen then worked as a Software Developer at Actonomy from October 2011 to March 2013. From April 2013 to November 2022, they served as a Senior Technical Consultant at Itineris. Currently, they are an Integration Engineer at HiveCPQ - Product Configurator, starting from November 2022.

Koen Van De Wiele obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Hogeschool Gent, where they attended from 1995 to 2000.
