Aude T. has extensive experience in HR and sales operations, most recently serving at HiveCPQ since August 2020 in various roles including HR & Sales Operations, HR & Customer Success, and HR Manager. Responsibilities included managing HR software, overseeing hiring and firing processes, CRM management and automation, and outreach to major accounts. Aude T. also successfully coordinated projects for ISO27001 certification and handled translation tasks from English to French. Previous experience includes a digital marketing and HR internship focusing on website updates and event planning, as well as sales internships at DECITRE and Histoire d'Or, where customer service and inventory management were key tasks.
