John Hammit is the current Executive Director at HITLAB. Prior to this, they were the President & COO of Healthper, Inc., a company that provides gaming and social-networking solutions for health and wellness engagement. John has also served as a Board Member for Secure-i Inc., a video hosting solution company for security and surveillance markets, and as the President of eJNJ, a strategic business development company focused on acquiring new and emerging technology-based healthcare solutions. Additionally, they were the Sr. VP of Services at GiGa Information Group, an IT research and advisory services company.

John Hammit has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
