Prashant Kumar Sinha is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Hitech Plast Ltd since October 2011, Prashant is involved in preparing appraisal reports, managing the annual appraisal process, and overseeing manpower planning and budgeting in collaboration with departmental heads. Prior to this, Prashant held the position of Assistant HR Manager at Sobhagya Media Pvt. Ltd., focusing on the complete recruitment life cycle, and worked as Assistant Manager HR at Spree Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd., managing full life cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing. Additionally, Prashant began the HR career as an HR Officer at Precision Safety Films, where responsibilities included maintaining employee records and coordinating induction programs. Prashant holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Magadh University and has a foundational education from BSEB.
