Andrei Minkin has over a decade of experience in power supply systems and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Support Engineer Manager at Hitec Power Protection since January 2015, Andrei focuses on providing technical support and managing engineering projects. Previously, Andrei held the position of Заместитель начальника отдела электроснабжения at NVision Group, where responsibilities included designing highly reliable power supply systems and overseeing a team of over 10 employees. Earlier experience as an Electrical Engineer at M+W Group involved project development and adherence to Russian standards. Andrei holds an Engineer-Economist degree in Innovative Project Management from Moscow Aviation Institute and an Engineering degree in Technical Operation from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation.
