Mohanad Zaki has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager at Hitchiner Manufacturing since October 2012, following roles as Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, and MIS HelpDesk Technician. Previous positions include Dell certified system expert at Dell, HelpDesk Technician at FIRST, IT Site Manager at Nour USA, Director of IT at the Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq, and Biomedical Technician at SAAR Corp. for medical supplies. Mohanad Zaki holds a Higher Diploma in Biomedical Technology, completed between 1996 and 2000, and has pursued additional certifications through New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and John Mason Institute.
