Justin Neutra has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, primarily within metal casting technologies. Currently serving as Process Owner at Hitchiner Manufacturing since November 2011, Justin develops new processes at the company's R&D facility while supporting production operations across locations in New Hampshire and Mexico. Prior roles include Lead Process Engineer and Sr. Foundry Process Engineer at Hitchiner, where Justin garnered the President’s Award in 2013 for significant contributions. Justin’s career includes roles at Triton, PCC Structurals, the Fremont County Board of Cooperative Educational Services, the Peace Corps in the Philippines, Starmet Corp., and Pratt & Whitney, where Justin co-authored three patents in welding and manufacturing techniques for aerospace alloys. Justin earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
