Stephen Lockey is an experienced IT service management professional currently serving as the Global IT Service Transition Manager at Hitachi Rail since March 2022. In addition, Stephen is the Owner and Director of Virpyx Ltd, a position held since November 2011. Stephen's extensive background includes roles such as Senior Service Transition Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and various interim positions at organizations such as Notting Hill Genesis, Historic England, and the UK Ministry of Justice. Stephen holds a BSc in Architectural Studies from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology (UWIST) in Cardiff, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
