Sergio Marino is an accomplished Global Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in large-scale projects across the Middle East and Europe. Currently, at Hitachi Rail since November 2018, Sergio has managed significant initiatives including the Ethiad Stage II Project in Abu Dhabi, the Metro Riyadh Project in Saudi Arabia, the Metro Ankara Project in Turkey, and provided support for the Metro Glasgow Project in Scotland. Prior to this role, Sergio spent over seven years at DHL Global Forwarding in various positions, including Food & Perishable Specialist and Bid Manager. Sergio's educational background includes a Laurea in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's in Transportation, Logistics, and Infrastructure Management, complemented by an Erasmus program in Civil Engineering and a Business English course.
