Maria Luna serves as the Vice President of Global HRIS at Hitachi since April 2014, where responsibilities include the deployment and operational management of Workday to facilitate HR transformation across Hitachi's global operations. Prior to this role, Maria Luna held multiple positions including Sr. Director and Global HRIS Director at Hitachi Data Systems from 2000 to 2014, demonstrating extensive experience in managing global HR information systems.
