Andrew Barr is currently serving as the Vice President and Executive Officer in charge of Regional Strategies for EMEA and President of Hitachi Europe Ltd. at Hitachi, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Andrew Barr was the Group Chief Executive Officer at Hitachi Rail from March 2019 to March 2023. Andrew Barr earned a BSc (Hons.) in Manufacturing Technology with Management from Brunel University of London, where studies were completed from September 1994 to July 1997.
