Ajay V. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector and technology. Currently serving as Vice President at Hitachi since June 2021, Ajay leads initiatives focused on assembling top engineering talent to address global challenges and promote sustainable innovations. Prior to this role, Ajay was Portfolio Director for Energy Transition & Digital Transformation at Centrica, overseeing strategic investment programs across various energy subsidiaries in North America, Europe, and Ireland from May 2014 to May 2021. Ajay's earlier experience includes serving as Investment Director at CPL Fund Management L.P., Portfolio Manager for Energy Assets at Shell, and Principal Engineer in the Windows Server Group at Microsoft. Ajay holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
