Lou Dias is an accomplished procurement and strategic sourcing leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Technology Category Management at Hitachi Vantara since September 2018, Lou has successfully built a team that generated $25 million in savings in 2021. Previously, Lou held the position of Director of Procurement at Lifespan, where strategic initiatives resulted in annual savings growing from $5 million to $21 million and led competitive bids generating an additional $10 million in savings. Lou's expertise also includes roles as Procurement Director at CVS Health, Global Sourcing Manager and International Buyer at Rockline Industries, and finance positions at Intel Corporation, all contributing to a strong foundation in supplier management, financial analysis, and strategic sourcing. Lou holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from Brigham Young University and a BA in Computer Science from PUC Minas.
