Megha Sinha is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hitachi Digital Services since August 2023, with previous experience as a Lead - BPHR and Senior Associate Lead - BPHR at Infosys from September 2021 to August 2023. Before Infosys, Megha worked at Deloitte India as a Senior Talent Analyst in HR from May 2019 to September 2021, focusing on talent engagement for a large business unit. Megha also completed a Summer MBA Internship at Wipro Limited in April 2018, concentrating on SAP competency modeling and skill profiling, and started career as an SAP PI Developer at Capgemini from November 2014 to June 2017. Megha holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Goa Institute of Management and a B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
