As the Founder and President of IBEC Inc. since 2003, Bardia has established the company as a leader in providing expert consulting services and training, enhancing organizational productivity while prioritizing environmental consciousness. Bardia also founded HISTORIDE, INC. in 2016 to innovate interactions among vehicle owners and enthusiasts. Additionally, Bardia is the Founder of the Azad University Alumni Organization and was a Cofounder and President of Namvers Inc., which specializes in international distribution. Bardia launched khodroiran.com in 2005 to engage the Iranian automotive market. Academic achievements include a PhD in Engineering Management from Madison University, a Master's in Environmental Management from Saint Stephen’s University, and a Bachelor's in Natural Resources Engineering from the North Branch of Tehran Azad University.
