Karen C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karen started their career as an Assistant Managing Editor at Simon & Schuster in 1997. Karen then moved on to Primedia / Seventeen Magazine as an Online Production Manager. Karen joined Hachette Filipacchi / Home Magazine, ELLE Decor, and Metropolitan Home as an Executive Online Editor in 2002. In 2007, they became a Senior Product Manager at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Karen then moved to Hearst Digital and served as a Senior Online Editor for GoodHousekeeping.com and CountryLiving.com. Karen worked as a Web Editorial Director for DailyCandy from 2010 to 2014. Karen then joined SundanceTV as a Director of Online Editorial and Social Media. Karen worked at Big Think as the VP of Audience Development for a brief period in 2016, before becoming a Digital Media and Content Strategy Consultant for an Independent Company. Karen'slatest role was as the Associate Director of Marketing and later promoted to Director of Marketing at Historic Hudson Valley, starting in 2017.
