Blair Fraser is an experienced professional who has held various roles such as IT Project Manager, Project Support Officer, Learning and Development Manager, and Human Resources Officer at Historic Environment Scotland. Prior to this, Blair was a Business Support Officer at SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited. Blair holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UHI.
