Tess Sergio, DVM, MSc, MBA has extensive experience in business development and preclinical research services. Tess currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Inotiv. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Business Development Director at Charles River Laboratories, where they played an integral role in driving growth through collaborations and connecting strategic solutions in drug development efforts. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Development at SNBL USA, Ltd., where they were responsible for prospecting and generating opportunities for preclinical services in the APAC territory. Tess also has experience in nonclinical research services, having worked as the Director of Business Development-Asia Pacific at Maccine Pte Ltd. Additionally, they have an academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor of Veterinary Anatomy at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
