Michelle Ramacciotti, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Inotiv since July 2022, Michelle leads HR initiatives at the site level. Prior roles include Director of North America Human Resources at Gibbs Die Casting Corporation, where Michelle was responsible for all HR functions and training, and a Contract Human Resource Generalist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, supporting multiple site directors.
