Dean De Noma is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in facility operations, production management, and training. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Inotiv since March 2023, Dean previously held the position of Plant Manager at American Contract Systems from March 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included staff training across five locations, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and FDA regulations. Other roles include General Manager at ProBuild Holdings, where distribution operations were managed for 26 locations, and Production Manager at Stoughton Trailers, where quality control and team training were key responsibilities. Dean’s early career includes serving as an Operations/Depot Supervisor, Instructor Controller at Northrop Grumman, and various roles in the United States Army.
