Beate Westphal has over two decades of experience in various roles focused on IT management consulting, corporate learning, and talent development. Currently at HiSolutions AG since August 2016, Beate specializes in IT management and communication collaboration. Concurrently, Beate has been contributing to APRIL Stiftung since August 2010, leading initiatives in talent promotion and community service. Previous experience includes positions in Gründerförderung and community management at Gründercafe and Talentcafe, where Beate engaged in career counseling and talent orientation. Beate's work at Keksbank involved fundraising for Talentcafe through the sale of conference cookies, alongside extensive experience in customer relationship management from 1999 to 2016. Beate holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Freie Universität Berlin, a Diplom in Kultur- und Medienmanagement from Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, and a degree in Sport, Mathematics, and German from the Institut für Lehrerbildung.
