Ian Davidson has over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the IT Risk and Audit Manager at Hiscox since May 2015, and previously as a Senior Project Manager. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Baringa Partners, where consulting focused on financial services, and RDR Strategy Manager at Aviva plc, where strategic responses to the Retail Distribution Review were defined. At Aviva, additional positions included Bancassurance Insight Manager, with a focus on enhancing customer insight capabilities, and Business Development Manager at Norwich Union, where the distribution capability of the Telephony Channel was developed.
